# Malcure Partner Referral Program Agreement

These Affiliate Program Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern your participation as an affiliate (“Affiliate”) in the **Malcure Partner Referral Program** (“Program”). By signing up, you agree to abide by this Agreement.

### 1. Affiliate Eligibility and Application

We reserve the right to approve or reject any application to the Program at our sole discretion. Applicants must provide accurate and complete information.

### 2. Commission Structure

**Standard Rate:** 33% commission on referred sales of [Malcure Advanced Edition](https://malcure.com/malware-removal-plugin/) and [WordPress Malware Removal Service](https://malcure.com/wordpress-malware-removal-service/).

**Exclusions:** No commission is paid for:

- Self-referrals
- Fraudulent or refunded transactions
- Purchases made using the affiliate’s own payment details, account, or email

### 3. Recurring Commissions

Affiliates will not earn any recurring commissions on active subscriptions to Malcure Advanced Edition.

### 4. Cookie Duration

Affiliate referral cookies are valid for 90 days from the time of the user’s initial visit via your referral link. The last referrer within that window gets credit.

### 5. Payment Schedule

- Manual payouts are processed instantly.
- Payouts will be made via PayPal.
- Affiliates must provide accurate payment details.

### 6. Marketing Conduct & FTC Compliance

Affiliates are expected to promote Malcure in an honest and ethical manner:

- Disclosures must be clear and conspicuous when you’re compensated or affiliated
- No false or exaggerated claims
- No unsubstantiated comparisons with competitors
- No offensive, discriminatory, or unsafe content
- No bots, fake followers, or artificial engagement
- No impersonation of Malcure or its representatives

### 7. Coupon and Deal Policy

- Affiliates may not promote unauthorized or expired coupons.
- Sites primarily designed to distribute coupons, run SEO arbitrage, or mislead users into “coupon hunting” are not permitted in the program.
- Use of pre-approved, branded coupons is allowed only when explicitly assigned.

### 8. Prohibited Activities

Malcure may terminate your participation without notice if you:

- Use misleading or deceptive advertising
- Engage in spam, click fraud, cookie stuffing, or domain squatting
- Promote Malcure on illegal, unethical, or misleading websites
- Violate any platform’s terms of use or advertising policies
- Disclose Malcure’s internal information or roadmap
- Offer cashbacks, bonuses, or kickbacks as an incentive

### 9. PPC Advertising Policy

- Bidding on branded terms like “Malcure,” “Mal cure,” “Malqur,” etc., is strictly prohibited.
- No use of misspellings or variants of Malcure in ad campaigns is permitted without written approval.

### 10. Confidentiality

Affiliates may not disclose Malcure’s internal business information, pricing structures, partner arrangements, or roadmap details publicly or privately without written consent.

### 11. Termination

Malcure reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account, with or without cause, at any time. Common reasons include policy violations, fraudulent activity, or brand misuse.

### 12. Liability Disclaimer

Malcure is not liable for tracking issues, technical failures, or indirect losses. We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted affiliate tracking or payout eligibility due to third-party issues.

### 13. Modifications

We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time. Continued participation in the Program after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

### 14. Electronic Signature Agreement

By applying to or participating in the Malcure Partner Referral Program, you acknowledge this electronic agreement as binding, with the same force as a physical signature.
